Your listing will be on the site for as long as you keep the requested linkback on your site. Our spider visits the page you ask us to link to each day and as long as the link is there your property details continue to be displayed.

What happens if my site is down and the spider can't find the link?
Your property will be dropped from the database but assuming the spider finds the link when your site comes back up then your property will be back on our site the following day.

What order are the properties listed in?
When the site updates each day the rentals are listed in a random order so everyone gets the chance to be at the top.

How do I get on the featured rentals on the front page?
The featured rentals are taken at random from the database so everyone gets the chance to have their rental featured.
